Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Compassiome (the “Service”), operated by RemedyBytes Oy (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by RemedyBytes Oy (VAT FI33350365), c/o Terkko Health Hub, Building 14, Haartmaninkatu 4, 00290 Helsinki, Finland. Contact us at contact@remedybytes.com.

2. Eligibility and your account

Accounts are created by invitation. An account for a minor should be created and managed by a responsible adult. You are responsible for keeping your password and any passkeys secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt or overload the Service, circumvent security or rate limits, or use it to break the law or harm others. We may suspend or limit access that threatens the Service or its users.

4. Connected applications

When you sign in to a connected application, we share limited identity details so it can recognize you. Connected applications may have their own terms.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Compassiome name and content, is owned by RemedyBytes Oy or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice, for example by email or at sign-in.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
